Martin
Martin holds a Masters from Harvard Law School. He is the author of the book Succeeding at Secondary School, and has founded and consulted numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organisations in the education and media space. He is a qualified New York attorney and sat on the Junior Board of the children’s charity, CASA New York.
Laura
Laura holds a First Class Honours degree from Kings College London. She has worked as an Assistant Producer for the likes of BBC, ITV and Channel 4 and holds a wealth of understanding in the media and digital space. As a Chelmsford County High Grammar School alumni and experienced Educational Consultant, Laura also has a grass roots knowledge of education at this level, producing and presenting a range of specialist educational events across the UK.
Georgia
Georgia holds a BA Honours degree in Primary Education with QTS. Before relocating to Chelmsford, she has worked for over a decade in a variety of London schools, with her
most recent long-term practice being part of the Senior Leadership Team in an independent bilingual primary school. Georgia has many years of experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, as well as successfully preparing them for Year 7 entrance exams to both British and bilingual independent senior schools. Georgia is the alumni of an independent school herself and therefore has a plethora of knowledge of what it is to prepare, enter and succeed through the entrance exam experience. Her approach to teaching and learning is fun, creative and to have high expectations for all children.

Indeed, our aim is no less than to guide, equip and inspire the next generation of confident leaders as we set about helping families achieve the results they desire.
