You reserve the right to return any un-used books within 14 days of receiving them. You must email us at website@totuseducation.com to inform us that you wish to return them where we will provide the return address. A full refund will be processed once we have received the books and verified that they are unused. When returned, should they show signs of use they will be returned to you and no refund shall be issued. Postage costs of returning books is payable by the customer.
We only ship within the UK. All items will be posted Recorded Delivery with the Royal Mail within 14 days of the order being placed. If two weeks have passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediatley so we can track your item. Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item gets lost Royal Mail advise that a set period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post .
